Use a different location. Trailer was very old and not the same as the one ordered from website, we could not get our equipment in without scratching the top because it had a roller shutter door instead of two doors as per photos on website.

When helping me put my vechial on a tow dolly, the employee ripped off my front bumper he threw it in the back of the truck and said it was no big deal.

Location hard to find. Hard to get in and out of with trailer.

These were very nice, professional people to deal with, and the truck was fine. The only problem is that the location is actually on WORSHAM AVENUE, so saying that it's at the back lot of the Marion Avenue location, when you can neither see nor get to it from there, makes it very hard to find. That's the only reason for downgrading the rating of the location--it needs better directions so that it can be found.

There was a little problem with ants around the passenger door and near the glove box they got on my daughter and granddaughter but they didnt bite just wanted to inform you all!

The facility was a bit difficult to locate, once I arrived at the site the personnel were most accommodating. They helped me to reorganize my trip so that I saved money on the rental. Very nice staff, permitted me to allow me to keep my car until I returned to the facility.

need more choices in equipment on rental agent locations, i dont like to go from one location then to another for something when it should be all at one place. customer service was A-1.

UHAUL has poor maintained trucks, i paid good money and i was broke down soon as i left the UHAUL center, they knew about the defect but told me that i needto call roadside assistance when i leave the lot. soon enough i got into byron,ga the transmission had stop working, it took about 3 hrs but finally roadside assistance showed up MOTION AUTOMOTIVE are true heroes and professionals. our rental truck had to be towed back to their shop where it stayed overnight before i could get my belongings transferred over into the other truck that they went out of the way to find and get. they were nice and they worked after hours to assure us that we were gonna be alright. i know uhaul wouldnt fix the truck right away so i was worried that i would be stuck in macon,ga. MOTION AUTOMOTIVE deserve a 20 star for there services, thank you so much

this whole rental experience was great, ben the office manager was informing me of how to keep my rental expenses low while maximizing my loading capacity so i wouldn't have make additional trips, almost like having a finance trainer and loader with me while moving

the owner of this business seemed to be confused and aggitated with the young gentlemen who handled the uhaul process, the owner started asking questions of why he should have to give out $100 which it was my deposit from my rental when i picked up the truck on a one way, the man named ben was very informative about how every thing works and he kept his cool which i started to become angry about because he was getting loud about why and when he was gonna get his money back since they didnt rent me the truck, i hoped they got their money back , but they need to communicate to each other on the business and rental process for uhaul when these type of things happen,

i knew ben the representative from the uhaul center when he worked over there, he would have been a good manager over there if he would of stayed over there, he has a good sense of humor and is very intelligent

The location is listed as a 24hr drop-off, but all he has after hours is a small gated driveway that leaves a returned truck right beside a busy highway. With a trailer there is almost no room to park safely. The staff is impossible to reach even during listed business hours.

the staff was friendly, i enjoyed a good laugh when i was stressed out and was in a bad mood, they seem to care about your feelings and your financial situation, i was able to know exactly how much i was gonna have to spend on the rental and i surprised myself on the budget i had, thanks to the staff i was in control of my moving cost by knowing what to do and how about going at it the right way.

i think its fair to say since i was called to rate this location, its been a descent experience and i really would like to say uhaul is improving its quality of service, thanks for the good customer service

this location needs to put up more signs and ways to direct uhaul customers to there entrance because i was getting lost trying to find them, really if you pay attention to their small uhaul sign with instructions on it, it tells you to turn left then left on a street but they also need uhaul signs at the street entrance into their location which i think would be helpful, but customerservice was good and the truck was clean and available.

this location rental experience was a lot better than some of the ones i rented from before, this location was very professional, at least this location was clean instead of filthy which i cant stand, i'd rather go to the uhaul center and drive a few more miles then be in a junky and run down environment like most dealers that uhaul allows as a rental agent, uhaul should be ashamed of there one sided marketing strategy of having a dealer at every corner, uhaul clearly is your ultimate truck rental option, but uhaul needs to be more thoughtful about who they allow as a uhaul dealer, because some of these dealers look like criminals or shady ppl who im surprised is even in business let alone being licensed to do business, but this location MOTION AUTOMOTIVE met my expectations and i will do business with them ifi need a truck, they are well known by mechanics because they are a machine shop and thats how i found out about their reputation which i call well put together, thank you

i reserved a 17ft truck and when i got there they didnt have when it was time to rent, instead he substituted a old beat looking 24 ft truck which was to big and not what i asked for, so i was upset because this seems to always happen to me when i reserve a truck and when its time to pick up its either not available when its time for pickup or uhaul sends me somewhere else to pick up one, uhaul has gotten to corporate for me, when i first rented from uhaul back in 1995, its reputation meant something to me, but now they have lost touch of that customer convience that i once enjoyed, anyway- i rented the 24ft truck because i needed it and he gave me a good deal on it since it was a sales truck, service was good but when i reserve a truck i expect what i want and notwhat im handed to something totally different, good work ethics at this location
