Patrick BurkeAt the time when possession was give they did not put much efforts to check the gas level. It was not full. I drove for 30 km and end up in paying 13 litres of gas. The salesperson said it's your responsibility to check if the tank is full or not which is written in contract. Advertising is deceiving rental for 19.99. anyways it is what it is.

Kenneth JoshuaCustomer service stinks. Rental agent chatted for several minutes on phone midway serving me, and I almost left their office for another haul. Also, when I dropped off truck in the north yard location as requested on renting, the other attendant receiving the truck at the end of the 3day rental said I should have dropped it off at the far side west of the yard, otherwise I will have 'to pay $20 extra"!!!! This seems a scam to bilk me of $20, so I objected!! The truck was old (>100,000miles)and should not be in a proper fleet of rentals!! Insurance addon $ and mileage charge are too high! (More than double advertised price!! Caveat emptor!

Steven PereiraThere were no furniture dollies at this location. He asked me to go to 2700 Royal Windsor Dr which is the biggest location in the city to try my luck. However, I did not get them there. All this happened between 9 and 10 am when store opens. Appreciate if you an increase the stock of furniture dollies in the city

Abdulhadi UrasOverall experience wasn’t bad however I was originally given the wrong keys, had to carry a heavy dolly which should have been placed in the vehicle as it was pre arranged. The van also had not been cleaned and someone clearly smoked in the van as there were still cigarette butts on the floor. Other than this the staff were definitely friendly and efficient with pick up and drop off.

The way he treated me was like I was begging for his charity. He overcharged me in many ways: I returned the truck 3 hours later and he billed me for a whole extra day. He charged me for cleaning the truck even though it was clean. This not the way I was trusted in other locations. This was abusive behaviour. I was supposed to pay around $90 instead I ended up paying $198

Changdeo SonawaneThe trucks don't appear to be inspected for even basic maintenance. The truck rented to me did not even make it before breaking down. It delayed my whole move and it was a complete nightmare. Uhaul is not a reliable company for such an important day.
Dena AmaraReserved a truck for 8am mobile pick up. No keys in the truck. Location didn’t open until 9am. Had to wait for an hour for location to open. Once open, there was an instant line up of 4 people with only 1 attendant working. Lost over an hour of my time, and lost money in wages as I had to pay my workers to stand around for 1 hour because the truck wasn’t available when it said it would be on my reservation.
