The truck we ordered was not available however she was able to adjust the gas mileage charges. The truck itself.... the windshield wipers were not usable... glad it didn't rain. The mirror on the passengers side was not adjustable.... not great for driving on the highway!!. We rented from U-Haul in August at Hwy10 & Vodden and the trucks were better maintained.however can't say enough positive about your representative(Brit I think) at the Migson Storage
Sharyn M.Worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. Didn't even have my truck available for me when I got there so upgraded me to a bigger truck and now they say I have to pay more money on the kilometres even though it's not my fault they put me in a bigger truck. The truck was on pretty much empty so I had to go the gas station as soon as I got this truck from Uhaul. The lady said she was sorry and how I should just go to the gas station before the cars dies. Once I got in the truck all I could see is spilled pop all over the seats, the ground. Just complete disgust. I had no choice but to get this truck as all other Uhaul weren't available until later in the day and I needed to get my move done in the morning. This was the worst experience I've had from Uhaul and I'm currently waiting a response from a manager. I called them after I did my move only to be transferred four different times and that a manager would call me back. Not sure why I had to speak with so many different departments if none of them could me.

Michael B.Show which locations have dollies. This is not the first time I requested one and it was not there when I picked up the truck. The uhaul links dont always work. Thank goodness the young lady at Migson is so helpful and friendly.
CATHERINE W.Inside the car smells bad and the important point all cars in Uhaul doesn't have is no USB inside the car to charge the phone while drive, this problem with me, and also charged me by kilometres and the car regular price and insurance coverage + should be put gasoline when back to return the car to keep the gauge of the fuel same when you take it = too much money just want the car for 45 km all car in Uhaul not efficient with fuel. I will rent a van car from another company.
MOHAMMED A.I was arrived at location on proper time but due to mobile pickup i don't know what happened wrong the mobile account for vehicle which i carried was not working and i had to wait for 1 and half hour to solve out. Extra amount was charged by u haul services and it was not my fault.

fazal M.I initially went to Bramalea East location the manager Samantha and the co-worker who were Caucasian were very disrespectful for no reason . To protect their side they even threatened not provide me service and put a note on my name. I have been a Customer past 10 years and have rented so many times and never had such an awful experience as this time. I would not dare to come to this location or completely U-Haul again. I had two more customers complaining about the manager. Advice is to remove managers who do not know customer service, its better than to loose lots of customers.

Christine C.The only issue I had was with you 24/7 mobile reservation. You request drivers license images over a link that doesn't appear to have an SSL address header. Your reservations changed the booking and allowed me to present the information to the dispatching clerk. Problem solved, client's on line safety paranoia is cured.

Ronak P.I had to do a lot of scraping to clear ice from windshield before driving off lot. Is customer normally expected to do this? Service person was very impatient. She handed me the key and I had to search the lot for the vehicle. She didn't tell me what the number on the key tag represented. I was searching for licence plate for a while.

Received truck over an hour late even though I was there 15 minutes prior to my pick up time. Absolutely no professionalism. We were asked to wait outside in the cold for some reason while the worker dealt with one customer.

It scared my wife and caused nervous when getting a call asking if she knew me as it sounded like I was involved in some kind of accident. I think there should be a proper way to begin the phone call to not make it sound so scary.

James H.I had a discrepancy in the invoice which I received next day due to communication error from Uhaul migson transport service. However it was corrected next day after long waiting call to Uhaul and still awaiting for refund. Migson transportation are very poor in answering calls and billing call usually goes to USA which they always confuse in miles and kM and struggle in replying clarification on the invoice. I will not highly rate when it comes to customer service but it is just cheaper renting VAN.
Prince B.Even though I registered to complete all the procedure online, person at the reception was very helpful with any query. He was a gentleman. There wasn't too much rush and advance booking is always a good idea to get the vehicle for sure. Overall had a very good experience.
