Christina CI was forced by the attendant to fold and put the Furniture protection pads back in the plastic bags at the return location in Cold Water Mississippi. I had to fold and bag the pads because I was intimidated by the attendant by his statement that he may not accept the truck since I was to return it to the Oxford Mississippi location and not Cold water, even when I explained the circumstances that led to my returning it to his location. I felt mistreated and disrespected as a customer.

Laura AQuit adding additional charges to the final bill. Reserved on line, and when I looked at the receipt, there was a charge on there that I did not add. When I closed out the reservation, it showed my amount to 32.08. I didn’t want the other item that was charged. This has happened before. Would like a refund of the eight dollars.

Sabrina HWas supposed to pick up the trailer in Collierville, TN. Found out three hours before pick up that my pick up location changed to Coldwater, MS. Drop off location was supposed to be Starkville, MS where I was using the trailer to move my belongings. Was told I would be charged if did not return it to Coldwater. Mr. Gary Jones called me today (8/15) four times asking what time it would be delivered. I called back on my off time and he was very rude. No customer service whatsoever. I will not use Uhaul again!!!

MICHAEL ZI rented a uhaul for a day. I returned it within 24 hours, after hours and was charged an additional$70. I rented it just a cpl hours from closing. Asked could i bring it the following morning. Was told yes and was advised to let him know when it was there. I sent verification. Then afterwards was told there would be an additional $33.59 after my deposit was forfeited. I would like this to be corrected
