One of the ramps on the tow dolly was binding and was extremely difficult to extend and retract.

Christopher HaynesRental location was good. However the 26 foot truck was advertised on U-Haul page as a 600 mile tank. Drove 287 miles and it only got 3 mpg with not even a full or heavy load. Quite disappointed when filling it back up from almost empty. $150 gas used.

James CauseyHad scheduled my pickup location 3 weeks in advance. The night before it was moved to this one which opened an hour later and was 30 more miles away. My order was 26 foot truck, car carrying trailer, 5 dozen furniture pads, appliance dolly. The owner was late getting there. He didn’t have the dolly or furniture pads. Had to load without it which cause many items to be damaged. The truck and trailer wasn’t hooked up yet which made me get started loading even later. The only truck he had once he started it he noticed the check engine light was on. “I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s probably fine”. My thought was I’m about to drive 600 miles in this…. Found out the trailer brakes didn’t work which contributed to me getting into an accident half way on the trip.

TENISHA DOBYNot so friendly. There wasn’t a clearly marked place to drop off vehicle. We were met by a man hollering at us. Then he continued to ask sarcastic questions and belittling comments. I do not recommend picking up or dropping off here. Especially if you are a women. It’s a shame that some people think they can speak to their customers with such contempt.

ANGELA PADGETTUpon walking in, the guy didn't greet me, then just stood there, I said good morning how are you. Still he stood there. I told him I had a reservation and told him my name. He said well your early. Then he went out side and didn't check anything. Long story short. The wires had a short in them. So I drove across alot of states with no lights on the trailer. I swept out the trailer in the beginning. Upon returning the trailer. I .are sure it was cleaned out. And told them what happened. They said they could reimburse me 10.00.

Timothy BennettThis service sucked. I was charged for gas when I put gas in it. The gas guage was where the paper showed it should be. The service guy argued with me when I know I put gas in it. I was charge almost 85 dollars for 2hrs use. And got charged for gas that I put back. I will never use uhaul again nor will recommend it to anyone. Then offers to refund gas after 10 business days. You guys such. Ots not even the money for the gas its the fact that you automatically charge people for gas and if they don't challenge it you keep their money that makes you a crook.
