Everything else was terrible. The first location for pickup didn't have anyone there to help me. So I had to go to another store..The first drop off location doesn't have u-haul any longer. And getting a new drop off location was a VERY POOR EXPERIENCE..THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A ( D).
