All went well, despite the fact that my reservation was transferred from Decatur to Clinton, IL. So pickup was a hassle. But my main concern was that the front end of the truck was very loose. It wandered all over the road.

ROBERT GEasy drop off other than being charged a cleaning fee for a Uhaul that was given to us disgusting. We disputed the cleanliness when we first picked up in Phoenix. I realize this is not this locations fault, but it's not ours either.
Debbie W1 tire had a nail and was low. Waited over 2 hours for assistance to arrive. Needed replaced. The truck ambulance service, Sweeney’s Brothers, were awesome. They were in another call so had to select another. Sweeney Brothers heard the 2nd call and arrive by 7 pm Train your franchise owners to offer customers service.
