Do not have trucks at a location where tye business is permanently closed. It was an hour and a half of chaos trying to get a key, a key to a truck that worked. There 6 trucks, and only 2 keys. The fellow at customer service was amazing and did everything he could to get keys, but even he could not reach anyone to gain access to the drop off key box. Uhaul itself is a good company, but only at a location where an employee can assist.
Shannon MIt was raining when i picked up the vehicle, i thought it would just be an easy and smooth process. But no, the application provided a wrong key for the padlock! I also talk to the support in chat that i cant open the lock, and they insisted to try the key over and over, qnd every time i said that i can't open the lock, it took them 5mins to reply. I am soaking wet in the rain for almost an hour trying to open it! So much time wasted. I decided to call the uhaul number in the website, only to find out that the key is different! It my first time using UHaul and its not a pleasant experience for me.
