Third time here, trucks are always available and clean. Owner is a nice guy, who's a pleasure to talk to. Could even leave my car there in the back for the few hours, while I used rental. Very Cool.

Excellent service rent very often. Never had any problems with any truck from this location. They are always clean and in excellent condition. And great customer service.
Jose CLocation and truck were fine- no problems. Uhual itself was an awful experience. Took us 45 min to get the truck once on site and a lot of help from customer service through the phone and chat service. Needing to know we needed two references for them to call and verify at 9am on Sunday would have been extremely helpful. Uhual should notify customers ahead of time (or if it's an after hours pick up), that references will be needed and verified. Scrambling to find friends and family early morning on a Sunday who were awake to verify wasn't fun. Like I said, had we known ahead of time, we could have lined it up. Because of this our whole day was off by an hour with each place we needed to go and childcare, and then we had to extend the rental. Moving is already stressful and starting the day like that didn't help! We will never do uhual again if a Location will not be open during pick up. Honestly, if there are other non uhual options, I think we'd opt for that instead as well- wouldn't want to risk more issues. Oh, also tons of issues with the app. Certain things would only work on one of our phones and not the other. We even had to use the browser instead of the app for a couple things because the app for both phones was so glitchy. If you're reading this and have the option to not use uhual- don't.
