The down side was the web site was having problems and wouldn't allow her to complete the check out.....But the 1st U-Haul store that we stopped at on Bemiss Road below Moody AFB in Valdosta.. The white lady wasn't helpful at all , Didn't act like she wanted to rent me a Trailer at all and could care less.....Really think U-Haul needs to take the U-Haul business away from these sorry ass folks. john aThe alignment in the moving truck was horrible. We had a hard time controlling it on the road. The truck kept pulling to the right which would be off the road. The truck needs maintenance. The woman that took care of me at the Valdosta office was so friendly and fantastic though.

joshua rVery disappointed in having to goto two different locations to pickup truck and trailer. I ordered online and initially was told they were at same location only to find out the day before pickup I had to go to two separate locations 20 miles apart! NOT convenient at all! Representative said I would receive “extra miles” on the truck. Gee wiz, thanks! She finally said she would credit me $50 for my inconvenience. We’ll see if this happens. Confirmation emails were very confusing because of the “split” reservations and there were three different addresses with two confirmation numbers.
John KInitial pick up time was delayed til next day do to lack of communication . Otherwise the lady was very professional and helpful even giving me 3 boxes out of her own pocket. I would recommend anyone to deal with her . Sweet lady .
Michael HEquipment was ready upon my arrival. I utilized my phone to get equipment which was fast, simple and easy. The lady that was there asked if I needed help, she was friendly and professional at all times. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to one and all.
Bobby LWhen I used U-Haul the first time to move from Florida to Kentucky it was $618 and I got the truck on full I used U-Haul to move storage to storage that was $145 for just around the corner then Kentucky wasn't working out and decided to move to Valdosta GA that was $785 when Florida is further gas was high first stop was $99.00 second stop was $75 three stop was $74 then drop off was $70 I feel like I was ripped off by U-Haul this time and my truck was not cleaned property.
