The same service at the drop off location. Made the move go smooth. Very helpful and efficient as well. I would use them again no problem.
Leo BWe got there at 930am (the stated open time) and had a very simple question and no one was working there yet. Door was locked and we knocked-no answer. Called the number and left a voicemail and received a call back but not until 10:30.

Brian PI thought I would be charged per mile, not per 100 miles. We drove 65 miles and got charged for a full 100 which is fucking bull shit.

SAMANTHA DI have no concern abou the location. Returning the device after hours was a really tough. I had to spend almost an hour in trying to return the truck. The uhaul app was not at all responding, when I try to attach pictures as needed by the app.

Christine MThis place was awful! I wasn't treated like a paying customer at all and couldn't believe how unorganized the entire experience was. U-Haul in general completely disappointed me and I don't think I will be renting anything from them again in the future. Nor will I be referring them to anyone that I know. I sent an email expressing my concerns and didn't even get any sort of response back. There was also a concern with the final amount due after I returned the truck and on my account it said that they would contact me in 48 hours to discuss the issue. Well what do you know, nobody contacted me at all and they just went ahead and charge my account anyway. This was the worst experience and the location that I rented the vehicle from completely lacked customer service skills of any kind!
Aaren TI didn’t get her name but she accommodated us when we had no reservations and a truck was returned. She cleaned it out.. checked it in and rented it to us. I been to other haul locations where they would say it’s not available. She didn’t she was wonderful

JUSTIN EGreat customer service. New equipment was clean and cared for. Super considerate and accommodating! Would absolutely recommend. "Inspection" when taking on vehicle was initially a little intimidating, and only allowed for single picture when there may have been multiple issues to document (e.g., dent or scratch).

MARK SI picked up my rental through the app, so it's not really fair to rate the pick up location since there was no interaction. The truck was clean, the area was clean and felt safe, I just wished they had included the Utility Dolly I requested, but oversights and accidents are an acceptable part of life.
Rodney SVery proficient and friendly. The staff were great, answered all questions and gave excellent advice.
Ward HGet a bigger lock that can actually fit the latch properly.
