It was a little scary dropping off in the dark and it's a whole process but overall it went well. The windshield wiper didn't work on the rain either.

Service was lacking in many important areas. They had to make phone calls elsewhere to figure out how to handle my Uhaul return. Thr gentleman at the register was lacking any personality at all and was actually very flat when talking to him. The lady at the desk never even came outside to look over the Uhaul before given me back my security deposit since I used cash for my rental. They lacked effort and professionalism.

It took the representative 30-35 minutes to get ahold of the area manager to see if I was able to take other truck. When I went to return the truck the mobile app didn’t give me an option to return it early. I had to call customer service and the first person hung up on me while they were trying to figure out why it didn’t give me the option. Call back and the next representative was very helpful and walked me through going the website to return it
