Truck was dirty and full of trash on pick up, out of the way location.
Effie DI requested an email change every time I've rented a uhaul for the past 10 years. The receipts are still going to the old email. Very unhappy with that facet of the service.
Brandon WLocation manager was super nice, hitched up trailer and made sure everything was working. Excellent service.

And today 12/13/23 for some reason, I got a bill in my email saying I didn't pay,when I did,and proof of Bank Statement that I did,showing it came out of my Account. This needs to be fixed,I'm not paying again after I pd already....

Laura MClean your vehicles & fix the drop off process in the app. Don’t charge people extra for the drop off when the app doesn’t work & doesn’t allow them to go through the whole process. Also check on your payment system & live chat. Representatives should be able to help a customer make a payment that failed at no fault to the customer, without the customer having to call into collections.
Forrest BWhen I tried to pull up my uhaul app while setting in front of this business. There was no signal for wifi. I finally went in side an the lady behind the counter was only allowed to hand over keys with a password. I was on the phone with Uhaul customers service for over 30 minutes. The representative that was helping me was awesome, they walked me through the whole process. The person that is over the uhaul part truly needs to provide wi-fi for uhaul customers. Maybe a password emailed from uhaul, 1 time use type system.

JANE WI ordered truck from local place they didn’t have it so I had to drive 10 miles to get it and pay for 20 miles because U-Haul had to change me to a different t location, seems like that should be on U-Haul not me

BARRY HWas by far the oldest truck I’ve rented from uhaul. Steering wheel alignment was off. Battery died after an hour of unloading the truck. Was also charged for a utility dolly we didn’t rent.
