Eddie PeacherI returned my truck 4 hours before it was supposed to be dropped off. Due to poor cell service I couldn’t complete the automated return process on the website. I had to chat with customer support and give them the details and pictures I took, along with the time I returned the truck. The agent said she would notate all of that, and the location would process my drop off the next day, and I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for another day. Surprise surprise… I checked my email and I had a receipt for an extra day. Seems like this location just ignored everything causing me to be charged an extra $40

BARRY ROBISONI was told here’s your trailer number and it should be over across the street if it’s not there it’s in the other lot. They didn’t offer to help! They didn’t inspect the trailer ( which when I got it home had to be swept out due to the massive amount of pea gravel) and to top it off it had a flat tire I had noticed when I got it home.

Michael ValentinerI was charged an extra day, and billed for it. I do not understand this because the instructions I was given said to return the truck on the 3rd of June at the M&D location. This was done as well!

Steven RolfeHad to drive an hour away after app said it was available. Get there to people late coming into work. Then told dolley not available when we told it was. Told them location where dolly was picked up was where I wanted to return the truck because other locations weren't equipped for parking that truck. Was told it was set to there and come to gind out it wasn't. I've had better customer service from state to state. Next time I will not come to uhaul.
Dustin YoungI ordered a truck for a specific location and had to drive an hour each way to a different town to get my truck. So make sure you have the equipment where it needs to be.
