We originally rented from a different location and I made sure to select the need for blankets and a dolly, which my account was charged for (I flew in for a one way trip so needed these materials in the truck). On December 23rd I received a note saying our location was changing to a spot two doors down, which was fine assuming they just needed space for the vehicle. Upon arrival the building was closed until 9:30 (the exact time of our rental) which was frustrating as the actual U-haul location we had selected was open. They then informed me that they didn't have any Dolly or blankets for my use but I could buy some blankets from them to keep. I complained about how I needed them and their response was basically too bad, we can take it off your invoice or we can travel back to the ORIGINAL rental location to get what we need from them. Their overall customer service and lack of concern for the needs of the customer was just rude and not what I expected from this company.
