Location was a feed store & some sort of mechanic shop. Attempted to drop off a 20' truck. Main Door was locked during normal business hours on a Monday. No one answered the door or the phone. No where to park truck, so I just left truck outside the front door. No sign on front door that said closed or "will be back" at a certain time. Had to call national phone number to get information on how to proceed. There wasn't any drop box near the front door. Finally found drop box all the way around the side of building.

MIGUEL ROne of the tire robes was coming off all 24 hr trip we had to make several stops to re tie it the left side to be accurate super uncomfortable feeling thinking the car would fly out since it want well maintained you all should test your equipment is working properly and working correctly before handing it out , never again will I be renting a dolly very scary experience from my end knowing 1 side was always coming off during a long drive I would not recommend this location

artemio pThe staff though polite wanted to charge me for a damage I didn't do. All it would have taken is a phone call to fix and confirm the damage was preexisting instead of jumping to charging the customer. $700+ is too much money to pay because someone does not bother to check.
