The truck had a roof and windshield leak . The gas cap warning light was on for the entire trip very annoying.
Joe F.I really appreciated that someone had cleaned the windshield for me at the pickup spot but the wipers were frozen solid with blocks of ice and I couldn't remove it so I was not able to use the wipers. In addition the roll up door was frozen completely solid and that was nearly impossible to get open. It took us over an hour to get the door open.

When I went to pickup the truck, the moving pads that I had ordered with the online reservation were not available and I had to do without. Other than an error in communication between the online reservation and the store, everything else was 5-star as always.

James V.It was unusually warm for October and the air conditioner would not blow cold air. The vent would not even work. It appeared to me that the fan would not work in any mode (low - high). The previous user of the truck did not sweep it out very well. Other than that , the rental got the job done. Lori was very nice to do business with.

Rich H.Dropped off truck here on Saturday (due Sunday), using online app and key drop. Evidently location was closed until Monday, because that's when they logged the truck as returned, which billed me for an extra day. Learned my lesson to not drop off at a non-staffed location. But a call to the main Uhaul number resulted in a quick refund of that extra day's charge.

Sheila H.UHaul did not have the truck I needed available at my selected location so they gave me a small discount on mileage, but because the Uhaul location they provided me with was farther away, the discounted mileage did NOT make a difference. I had to pay extra for mileage and my account is now overdrawn due to unforseen costs thanks to this UHaul. I am not happy with the service or cost and will not be using UHaul services again.

When I cleaned up the truck before returning to the drop location, there were also smashed candy bars under the driver's seat. We returned the truck cleaner than it was when we picked it up.

Patrick M.The truck I rented was JUNK. It didn't want to accelerate, it shook like crazy, and had a serious alignment issue. I would recommend that you not rent this truck to anyone until it's fixed. Total waste of money.

Noah B.They need to put a sign up when leaving the property that the highway is ONE WAY. It's very dangerous!!!!!!!! My son turned right (wrong way on a one way street) out of the parking lot and luckily the car coming straight at him reacted quickly. Need a sign.

Finally I had to power down some step grades, and it whould have been nice to have been instructed on how to manually shift to low gear.

Kyle L.i have one significant request for improvement. The UHaul App is great when it works. However, It is a miserable user experience when the user is in a poor cell location. Suggested improvement. When an photo upload is required (during check in or check out) Have the App recognize that cell /network connectivity is low and "hold" the photo in memory on the phone until network connectivity improves. This would allow all the text information to flow from the app and allow the the user to complete checkin/checkout. My pickup /dropoff location had poor cell coverage. In addition, severe weather at the time of pickup made it almost non-existent. It took me nearly 2 hours, working with customer support, to pickup the truck. AWFUL. NEVER AGAIN. I am leaving a good review for the location, because I can't fault the owner for the cell coverage--- my main problem was with how the app dealt with the fact that there was poor cell coverage.
