Everything with the place was great I just feel like just as quick as you take the money off my card you should put the refund in the same timely manner. Why do I have to wait for my refund when you didn't have to wait for your payment.

She was very helpful. Parking lot a bit cramped but made it work. Bars on doors and windows which is a little shocking for someone from the country but I expect normal for downtown cities these days.

Good overall experience. My only issue was being charged for a dolly we never received. We ordered it, but staff forgot to put it on the truck. No big deal. Just something to keep in mind.

I just wanted someone to review the receipt for me. I was quoted $50 when I first booked online. When I got there in person, the store owner told me $90. When I returned it, I had only gone about 30 miles and got charged $68 for gas. I still don't understand all the charges and how it added up to $189

The roadside assistance needs some twerking. I needed a jump because the battery died. When the driver arrived, he couldn't pop the hood. Had to wait 2-3 hours for another driver. When he arrived, he popped the hood and jumped it. It just threw the moving process off tremendously. The location and folks running it are amazing.
