Alejandro MHorrible customer service. The lockbox did not open and the code did not work. The convenience store individual was 30 minutes late because he was at a party all night. He refused to help and did not know what was going on. I will definitely take my business elsewhere if this is who U-Haul chooses as their authorized dealer. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

Michelle MWe were there to pick up the truck at 9:45 am the guy said the website was down and we would have to wait. We had people waiting at the storage unit to help us load. After 10-15 min. it came up. Is there any other way to get the truck without the internet? We brought the truck back at 3:15 pm we had to wait 15 min. for the guy to come back to the store so we could check out. The guy who was at the store didn't know how to do it. The transmitition reved pretty high before it shifted.
