Very difficult to find, but otherwise an easy drop off

Tashawn WrightThe person my husband and son dealt with was rude. He through the keys to my son and walked away saying the contract would be emailed. Then he disappeared. My husband received no receipt for the amount he had to pay and the contract had no amount on it.
Joetta HumphreyNot sure if this has anything to do with location. Returning vehicle took over 40 min. The app would not work right and there was a 45 min wait to talk to customer service. Finally submitted pictures via email I found on U-Haul.

Jocelyn RandleI looked at a few reviews of this place which I usually dont do. Saw a bad one that stated this place is a scam cause the truck had a quarter tank of gas when they got it. They chose to not read or listen to U-haul's terms and conditions and filled the tank up, didnt use all the gas and give this place a bad review. This person is an idiot and probally lived a privlaged life and never had to rent a vehicle. Then decided to trash this guys name and place of business online. This is a car wash or something like that. Not the U-haul corp. The guy behind the desk simply did his job. The truck was clean and worked perfectly fine. I usually dont leave reviews but after reading that one and going to the place i felt obligated.

Shimon WiesnerWithout question we experienced top notch professional and friendly customer service when picking up our 20’ moving truck. So much so that we had a slight glitch while picking the truck up as we were there before the location opened—before I could think of a solution my cell phone rang—-it was Jim the owner. He has seen us on camera and called to check to see if everything was ok. Then walked us through the steps needed to get the key. Great location and superb ownership and management. Thanks for a great experience! He even checked up on us later as our move progressed. Awesome.

He cut me off while I was trying to explain to him about my original reservation, didn’t let me finish what I was trying to say instead he kept saying “do you want this or not, I have to go” very poor customer service especially if he really is a manager as he said.

Akiva LuriaMy scheduled pick up was 3pm. This was changed to 2:30pm by U Haul because they changed my pick up location which closes at 3pm. On the pick up date they called me at 1:15pm stating that they were not going to be there and they were checking me in over the phone and would leave the keys in the car. This resulted for my contract to start at 1:15pm. When I picked up the truck at 3pm the keys were not in the car and delayed everything for me
Dirk DaeninckNo one available for at least 10 minutes, then they sent me to a different location. Second location person was extremely unhelpful and rude! We reserved a van online with a Washington DC drop off. They said we could only have a truck to do that, not the van we reserved online. Awful experience. Will not be back.
Terrence MartinThe gentleman who helped me out was great, friendly and informative. My only complaint was finding this location. It’s location and signage really needs an overhaul as it shares the same building as a car wash which is behind some other building. Otherwise, I’d rent a truck from here again as I had no other problems.

Louis ValanzolaThe vehicle was returned under the included mileage yet the number was boosted so that an additional miles were charge to my bill. The fuel was more than the initial amount yet additional charges applied. I am very disappointed with the Uhaul company and after years of using this service I will be switching because of the blatant inflation of the numbers.

I was forced to call customer service over 7 times to get everything in order and I’m still waiting for them to fix my bill because I got charged for 2 hand trucks I never recieved. Very poor communication and customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
Briana OrsoVery poor signage, no clear area to leave the truck and the key drop off was so poorly marked we had to go twice and still couldn't find it. Really need to improve signage so location can be found easier
