Not sure. Truck was not clean when picked up. Left over food and cup holders were dirty.

Terry BLunds was wonderful!! I can't express that enough. They were very professional, helpful, good people. But U-hual needs to be more accurate when making a appointment to pick up your trailer, to have it where you actually made the appointment online. 2x I rented one, and 2x had to drive an hour to pick it up.

Larry DExcellent service on site with great instructions on how to return after hours. I wanted to do no-contact via the app, but found it to be too intrusive with all the personal info/data requested for ‘immediate verification’. Kind of weird to ask for a lease agreement when I’m a homeowner and not leasing. Also bizarre to ask for two people to contact and verify me (it was the end of the workday and I don’t know many people who would answer their phone from an unknown number given all the recent spam/smishing going around).

JEFFREY GWhen I was at the location to pick up the truck I remember I needed a furniture dolly. I asked the attendant to add one. It took over a half hour for him to try to add it, so long that I told him ww could probably do without. He insisted and then finally came out with a utility dolly. I told him a that I needed a dolly for furniture not boxes. He said I asked for a utility dolly to which I told him I specifically said furniture dolly. (I would call that a hand truck I've never used the words utility dolly in my life.) He then put it in the back of the truck as if I never said anything. Long story short I ended up paying for a usless (to me) piece of equipment that just took up extra space in the truck due to your employees incompetence and unwillingness to fix his mistake. I also had to carry a lot of furniture that would have been much easier to move with a dolly. My experience with my last uhal was I paid more to work harder because your guy couldn't and then wouldn't do his job in the first place.

John CThe app for picking up and dropping off the truck was horrible! It did not pick up my location. I lost 1hr and 20 minutes dealing with customer service. I also received a call this morning asking if I returned the truck. So the guy I spoke with at 5:30PM last night did not do his job!! Horrible experience and unless I am compensated with a discount I will start renting moving trucks through home depot.

Thomas KAgent with truck was not helpful to let me know when late truck would be available for pickup. Not being able to pick up truck near or in town of residence or large Uhaul center in Grayslake was inconvenient. Not knowing where to get truck until the day before is inconvenient.
JAMES HDon't use the online app. You don't know what you will be overcharged for. Watch for all the opt-in fees and extras when reserving...if you don't click off of them, they will appear on your invoice. You're better off going to the location and reserving so you know what the charges will be. $19.95 a day claim on the truck quickly turns into $100.

Jerald fHave the truck available to use from the location I wish to use it from. I needed a truck from Davenport, IA to Urbana, IL. I had to rent one from Fox River Grove, IL, deadhead to Davenport and then used the truck after putting on a lot of extra miles.
