The return location also got switched on me for no reason and when I got there, it was the middle of no where 40 minutes from where I had picked to return it with no cell service or wifi and the place was closed. Had no paper work from when I picked it up as they did it all on line since it was not their location so had to call and go through several transfers before I got someone who could help me return it and I had no cell service so that was not easy as the call kept breaking up. Then, yesterday I get a call saying I never returned it. What?!? Thank God for pictures! What a joke of an experience all the way around. UHAUL NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER. People pick locations for a reason!
