Online drop off was easy

Larry WInside of the cab was dirty and the steering and alignment was off. The ramp wasn't pushed in all the way and I had to sweep the box out before loading.

GREG SAs with the pick up point, U-Haul chose the most distant and inconvenient point for the drop off. The first employee I spoke to told me I would have to take the trailer to a different location, regardless of the fact U-Haul had emailed me to use that location. The boss agreed to let me drop the trailer there, as if he were doing me a favor. U-Haul called me several days later to ask where I dropped the trailer, as the drop point did not follow through.
