Joseph FThis is the 2nd uhaul i uses that day as the first was broken. The first was a major headache trying to find somebody willing to actually be of assistance. It took over an hour on the phone to basically return the first one and dispute the charges, and then reserve a 2nd one. This was a very frustrating process and I would be more than willing to talk to a customer care specialist. 931.303.1837

Joseph FI had no complaints with the location we picked up from. Although when my son went to pick it up he had to go through u haul & it took forever as. Don’t think they knew what they were doing. When. Returned it they told him they would send me a receipt but I have never got one.
