Seems like it would be much quicker to do the in-person option. But the staff at the location was incredibly helpful and told me that they would check it out for me so I didn't have to wait for the app!

OSCAR HTimes to get trucks is a challenge no matter where you go; however, this location had a better track record of availability than other locations. It was an easy; fast and friendly place to do business.
GERARD WI returned the van after hours but I had no internet service so it was impossible to check out using the app after many attempts. I had to call uhaul help line and do it verbally...hoping I'm not charged the extra $20

Linda KI did the Mobil check In. But then was told I had to go inside. The store was busy and the guy that usually handles the U-Haul was on the phone , I guess. Another guy had assisted me. I was given a key and told it was out front. I went outside, it was not out front. I went back in. The guy said oh it’s in the dirt lot in the back. He was going to make me go get it. Other guy told him to get it. Guy got it and parked, didn’t go over anything and walked away. I drove U-Haul to location. Opened back to realize they did not give me the dolly and moving blankets I had paid for. A super frustrating experience, for an already stressful day. I called uhaul to tell them that I didn’t receive the items and they said they’d credit me. Seems I have to wait until they review the vehicle for me to get a receipt, so I can see if they removed the items from my receipt. I can understand it’s a busy place and I had changed the truck size the day of, so this may have been a fluke.

Wayne FEverything went wrong. The truck was filthy, the gauges were off and the reservation was changed without notifying me. Not only was I delayed and inconvenienced by all of these things, but I was also overcharged.

Dorinda Phad to travel to this location because the location I chose did not have a truck on the day I needed it, even though I reserved it 5 days in advance. this location did not have the moving blankets I requested.
robert rI only had the truck for an hour starting at 11. I drove 13 miles and dropped it off at 12ish. I’m being charged about 40 dollars more because they are saying I dropped it off an hour late. This is crap and not right. I’m going to call my credit card company to complain about this fraud charge.
Jonathan MUhaul app and website are very unresponsive and often time out during the mobile pickup process.
Joseph TIdentify the areas on the app that already have reported damage with the X stickers so I didn't have to re-report before taking the vehicle.

Gerard MOur trailer return was not registered on the day of the return, and we received an e-mail asking us to return it the following day -- had to call to make sure all was in order, but then did receive a receipt. That's our only complaint.

Barbara IThe drop off location is a lumber yard who also handle Uhaul and I know them well. They were friendly and helpful and two guys took care of unhitching the trailer and I didn't have any delay getting on my way.

William BThe app sucks. I was unable to get the reservation I made in Mt. Kisco because the app didn't recognize my confirmation number (which I received via email). I tried calling only to be told it was a 45 minute wait. So, I want to Golden's Bridge where Warren did a fantastic job of getting me into a van. Hi praise for Warren. Nothing but bile for the app.

KENNETH MWhen I returned the trailer King Lumber was closed but easy to see where I should place it. great location My son-in law spoke on the phone with someone and I got my receipt by email. Very easy.
Robert SKing Lumber was great. Perfect place to pick up. Highly recommend over self-service in Brewster where if there’s a glitch verifying your info your sh*tout of luck because Hannah will just drop you on chat. All in all though uhaul was great for a move.
