LOUISE DImprove the U-Haul return vehicle app so that it works as intended. In my case, the app refused to recognize my location, even though location services was set to 'Allow'.
RICK MTrailer was waiting for me at the approved time. He aided in connecting the trailer and left directions for returning.

melany pIt can be hard to reach Kerry, but otherwise the multiple times I have used Kerry's Vroom Service to rent a U-Haul van or truck have all gone smoothly, with the truck in good working order, the engine running well, the tires in good condition, and so on. I will continue to rent U-Haul vehicles from this location. The off hours return also went very smoothly.

Ricky BGetting the original trailer was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I went to 3 different locations with them either being closed or no one being in the office. The 4th place I tried set me up and told me they had the trailer only to make me a reservation “down the road”. This turned into a 30 minute drive to Kerry’s in which I had to wait 30 minutes for my trailer while they chatted with other customer. Upon finally being able to get my trailer I was mocked of my backing up skills by some random friend of an employee that stopped by. After bringing the trailer home I had to sweep out and clean it before using due to the amount of dust and debris left in the trailer. The person who helped me was a nice guy but having to drive to multiple different locations and being sent to other locations I am extremely unsatisfied and plan on never using UHaul again. I wish I could get my money back to cover the gas alone of driving for 3 hours to find a place that was even open.

Laurie HThey need a light outside, especially since there's no street light there either. I picked up my rental at 4am and dropped off about 7pm and could barely see anything. But, otherwise a very nice place and convenient location.
JENNIFER ANo room at the lot. When I rented the van I parked in the spot the van was sitting. When I returned someone had returned a box truck parking it diagonally blocking in my car and leaving no room to park the van I was returning. I had to move things in the back by another business’ dumpsters to make my way out. And I had to park the van partially on the sidewalk. I messed around for 20 minutes upon return.

sarah sThe online check in process was a nightmare. The system wouldn't recognize my photo or driver's license, but then mysteriously checked me in without providing the code for the lock box where the truck key was. I waited outside for an hour in 18 degree weather to get the truck.
Jacob NI wish I could give Kerry's Vroom Service a million stars for the outstanding service we received on our three recent Uhaul rentals that occurred within just a couple of days. He went out of his way to accommodate and help us with our moving equipment rentals during an extremely stressful time. I highly recommend this location for all of your rental needs!!!
