After picking the uhaul up, the battery kept dying after it was shut off. I had to jump the truck multiple times in order for it to run. I would have came and exchanged it but I was on limited time.

LANCE GThis place is an absolute JOKE! I will NEVER take a uhaul rental there or ever bother to rent anything from this dump! There were two guys and the young one was a punk and a smart ass! The older guy just let them talk to us any old way he wanted. No one was there to check it in and he didn't offer to help us figure it out. This place is a JOKE!

robyn cWe were charged 4 DAYS LATER AFTER SCHEDULED DROP OFF for almost 90 miles that I know we did NOT USE... PLUS AFTER HOURS SERVICE FEES AND COVERAGE WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF! THE UHAUL WASNT CLEANED OUT WHEN WE GOT IT EITHER! I'm very disappointed in true value! I've rented from other locations and have NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN!

Jessica MWell to start off I put a reservation 2 or 3 weeks prior to my move. I got a call the Thursday before my move date to inform me that the uhaul I had reserved was only available if I wanted to drive an hour away from my starting point. No type of discounts offered. I reserved a 26 foot and got a 10 foot inclosed uhaul truck. I was supposed to get 50 miles for free to be charged 15$ extra the fuel tank was not full when I got it. I am definitely not happy and when I do my last and final lifetime move I have no interest in using your company again. The drop off and pick up locations were fine but the ordering y’all have issues.

Frank SOnly problem was that we ordered furniture pads and were told that they had none the day before pickup. Why offer items and then tell the customer at the last minute that they aren't available. This may not have been the fault of the 'pick up' location, but it is still poor customer service by UHaul..

Brandon BSerious note. Listed a friend as the contact info and they started getting if I was who they were and new my specifics of town and age. Only link was through uhaul a system. A bit dodgy. I would have your IT look into a breach.

CRAIG FThe 24/7 checkin process takes longer than expected. Telling customers to show up at least 30 minutes prior to their reservation time would help. We spent 30 minutes of our reserved time to use the truck trying to get the key.

Gregory BRent me what I need. All I needed was a two wheel car Dolly. Computer would not allow me to. Got the car carrier but had problems loading that would not have been there with a dolly. Basically rented an item I couldn't use.

Dennis KGreat service at the pick up and drop off locations. Tire blew out and uhaul service was on top of the replacement within 30 minutes I was back on the road, Fantastic Job all around. NOW FOR THE stuff we can't control. When the tire biasply tire shredded, it may have hit the jersey barrier but it came back against my daughter's car and connected with the back of her car. So now we see what the insurance is going to cover. But having great service makes all the difference. Uhaul is a great company with a great product and fantastic staff.

JENENA HUHaul itself was a disappointment. 1. I reserved in February,they call the night before pickup and say they dont have one, then they tell me I have to go pickup in a different city out of the way, and that the trailer is in another store in another town, completely out of the way. We were ran around all over the place, then they had us picking the trailer up first and the truck at 5:30 pm at night, this could not work as we needed the truck to pickup. We had to wait a whole day toget the trailer. This was just a mess and cause stress and anxiety.Then the kid who helped is had us returning to a store in the city, no where near us, when there is a main facility 11 miles down the road. Then I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a Uhaul agent, and he said there was not one at the address on 281 in Pharr, Texas. This was the most unorganized mess ever. Also, we have always paid with our Debit Credit Card, they did not allow us, we had to pay cash and a $175 cash deposit, then they told us later we would get that in the mail. We have used Uhaul for 25 years, never have we had so much trouble, and why all the changes? I am requesting a total refund or a remedy to this situation.
