This location was great. The first location (which you all switched me to) was horrible. I couldn’t access the truck, they wouldn’t answer their phone (mainline or emergency line), they wouldn’t answer the door. A massive waste of time and i still don’t understand why UHaul claimed that a truck wasn’t available at Keller Storage when i made the reservation and why the changes me to All Secure Storage. I ended up going to Keller Storage, who had a truck, and was great.

My unit was broken into and all items taken. Business refuses to take responsibility for break-in and has told us to "sue them" if we wish to recover our items. I have terminated the contract and moved to a better business.

Very bad experience, the truck I rented was very dangerous because the steering wheel had a mismatch where it had to zigzag to make it straight. In addition to this it came with the trailer that was wobbling from side to side. It was raining for 16 hours until I reached my final point, my whole body and right wrist aches from being tense due to the steering wheel problem. In short, a very bad experience.

The person checking us out was very friendly. Very nice and professional guy. The only thing that could be improved is the maintenance of the vehicle. There was no windshield fluid in my uhaul. Thankfully, the window wasn't dirty and it wasn't raining.

I really appreciated renting a storage unit from this family owned and operated facility. The prices were lower than the big corporate self storage places and the gentleman at the desk (son of the father son team) was really helpful and friendly. This place literally had the best service and was the friendliest business I have come across in a very long time. 100% A++ all the way !!!
