Actually including the supplies that you charged me for would have been a big plus, instead I was cheated out of the supplies that I purchased.
Timothy KThis location was in a sketchy ally. There was paint in the floor of the uhaul. None of the instructions for the online check-in process were accurate/up-to-date and I had to call someone for help. The website was also extremely glitchy and would not let me enter my phone number at the appropriate steps. The woman on the phone had to enter all of the information in for me.

Alexander GUnfortunately, the pickup at 9607 W. Cofax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215 was disorganized, and the customer service was terrible. Myself and my daughter arrived at the location that wasn't well marked and it was unclear where the entrance was. When we walked around to the back alley we located the “entrance” which was unbecoming to the value and image of the UHAUL brand. There was absolutely no one in attendance. Our only choice was to call the number on the wall of the decrepit shed in the alleyway. We were shocked to find that no one would be available for over 2 hours in order to help the both of us to get the trailer hooked up to the 10 foot truck. I am not experienced in the process, although I have watched my ex-husband hook up his work trucks a few times. However, due to the fact that we were in dire straits because our car broke down in Denver as we were trying to make our trek across country 1,500 miles home in Las Vegas, we decided to hook the truck up ourselves, getting our instructions to properly connect and load our disabled car onto the trailer from YOUTUBE! In addition, the one, and only truck available was overbooked, and while we were there a young man arrived to also find the surprise of the location and lack of attendance at the alley shack. Thankfully, he left after sometime to search for another location where he could surely get his moving needs met. After 30 minutes in a dirty back alley my daughter and I managed to get the trailer loaded and the car placed on it to the best of our ability, we then proceeded immediately to a better and more professional Uhaul location to have all the hook ups checked where Steve at 2322 South Federal Blvd. Denver Co 80219. He was very kind to check the equipment installation and hook ups for us. Steve noticed that the chains were not adequately connected and the tire straps were not secure enough, which he promptly made sure that all was properly positioned. I can’t tell you how thankful we are that he secured the safety of the equipment we were driving. How could UHAUL permit such a terribly inadequate business arrangement. In my lifetime of using your services I have never seen such unprofessionalism at the W. Cofax location. I would think that your standards would be better.

Kevin GThe remote pickup was supposed to be quicker, but it ended up taking at least 30 minutes to get through everything required to get the keys. I ordered a dolly and blankets that weren't in the truck and since this is a remote location, I had to go to the main store to pick up these items and return them to that store. I couldn't leave them in the truck in return. This entire experience added about 2 hours to my rental time.

Kiel HThere was no one there to get me keys for 40 minutes. The truck was filthy. I've now been charged for extra milage and fuel because the truck wasn't checked before I got it. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and I've rented a lot. Will not go back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Very unsatisfied
Lisa BI received no furniture pads and was charged for those; the check in process does NOT work. The location was friendly and nice, but I don't know why I was charged for something not received.

Austin AHorrible location. Very difficult to find. The trailer was dropped off by a previous renter the night before, and nobody had checked it. Nobody was at the store when I arrived. I was told pay for it online, and then hook it up myself and leave. The trailer was boxed in by other vehicles and I couldn't do this even if I wanted to. I had to wait for somebody to come and help me. I discovered later after unloading my furniture there was grease on the floor of the trailer because the grease got on the furniture and then rubbed off on the carpet at my new home.

Larry GMacaiah was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. The location itself was difficult to find; there was no sign and when I called the number listed for the location they redirected me to Macaiah. The van itself was covered in dog fur and smelled like urine.

Matt DI had to go to a location 20 miles away to this location in Lakewood because u haul personnel messed up my reservation twice. Van was not at the store where i made a reservation. Store said they’re tried to call me but had the wrong number for me. All in all, it was a bad experience with u haul.
lewis mNicole Miller was incredible. I came in very stressed out and Nicole took care of me completely, and was extremely kind answering all the questions I had. She was super thorough as well. This location is lucky to have her.
