Clean inside a little bit better got grease on my furniture
Wesley WNobody was there except a lawn contractor that had no connection to U-haul. Thankfully he did have the owners # and he helped me hook up. I’ve had four back surgeries and I can’t lift a trailer to hook up. This gentleman lifted trailer up for me and handled the rest. The trailer was dirty inside and it looked like water had been leaking in. I had to clean inside of trailer before I could load it. It did rain on us some on the way to our destination and my theory of trailer leaking was correct. We did have water in the trailer upon arrival. Thankfully I had put several moving pads down on the floor at the front of trailer and our water damage was not as bad as it could have been. If we had gone through a lot of rain it would have been a catastrophe. This trailer needs to come out of service today! It is not worthy of renting and being able to keep contents dry
DR BMake sure the locations actually have the uhaul. We was guaranteed a uhaul but got to first location no uhaul but we didn’t get the 50 that was stated. I think y’all getting over charge by miles then charged for gas and to rent the truck.
DEMARCO YPlease be available when customer arrives at there reserved pickup time. Also, don’t post locations where I haul isn’t available.

Keasha FMy experience with this location was not good. 1. I did not receive the correct size truck I requested via email, I received a 10” when I requested a 20” 2. Internet service did not reach at this location 3. My information was not entered in computer correctly per Uhaul customer service 4. I ended up having to rent a second Uhaul for my move. 5. My card has been charged over $302, and I didn’t go over the estimated 200 miles or gas. Because of internet service in area, could not enter.
