Representative was professional and charged the correct amount and was told the same as the contract that I signed read which is as long as the gas is the same level as I took it out at and I brought it back on time within the allotted time schedule I wouldn't be charged anything extra and he was absolutely correct and I would reccomend him to anybody needing a truck rental.

I rented the vehicle through the app due to the location being closed. I would not ever recommend using this process as it was extremely time consuming and difficult to do. The return process was also extremely time consuming and difficult. If I ever need uhaul again I would only use a location where there is an actual person there to assist.

There is very limited parking for your own vehicle. The owner seemed aggravated that we were leaving our vehicle there during the rental time if 8 hours. The rental business is the owner’s secondary business at the location. He is visibly perturbed when customers are there to rent a vehicle. He makes you feel that you are a nuisance and a bother to his day.

I rented the 26’ truck for local move and ride was very jerky. Also, I drove 30 miles and was charged $36 for gas refill. Called to question this and was told manager would contact me. No callback in 3 days.

Representative wouldn’t let me swipe my card or use the sig-cap machine. Wanted my actual card numbers to process the transaction. Also, added extra insurance to my trip that I specifically declined.

The van/truck was in excellent condition, I’d say looked newish which was nice. I haven’t needed a uhaul in quite some time so seeing all the new updates to the truck was nice.

Although the 10-foot box truck I booked was not available due to an accident the day before, they provided me with a 9-foot van that still served the purpose. Very friendly and accommodating when I returned the van past my stated time with no extra charges! Would definitely rent from here again!

The back of the truck was nasty took 15 min to just sweep out all the crap before loading my things. The alignment of the vehicle felt of making the drive uncomfortable (steering wheel had to be turned a good deal to the left to go straight). The guy working the desk was super freight and helpful.

The truck was clean but had a cigarette odor. Reserving was easy and pick up/drop off was very efficient. I thought there should be an option for flat mileage rate. Rental was $20 but to pick up one item was $.99/mi = $62. Overall, I was able to get my errand complete and the owner was very courteous. Thank you.

The truck was clean and sanitized and the person behind the counter was so professional and courteous and explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely do business again at this location and I'm gonna tell all my friends and family how great this location operates.

The dispatcher did not call me with any locations as inidcated when the order was placed. I kept getting emails with changes, and was unable to get the dispatcher on the phone when I wanted to change.

The last time I rented a van from this location there was an peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich baking away on the dashboard from a previous renter. There was also paperwork belonging to the previous customer, Rosebud florist along with billing information. This most recent rental, I scheduled a pick up via the app before hours and the app did not work which meant I wa stuck sitting at the location until 9am (2 hours later) to retrieve my rental. I ordered a pack of blankets and a hand truck. Nothing was in the van, so even if the app had worked, I would have had to wait the additional 2 hours regardless to receive the hand truck and blankets. I was given a wrapped pack of 6 clean, folded blankets and 4 used unfolded blankets that were covered with dirt and muddy footprints. I did not discover this until I was at the moving site. I discarded the 3 blankets that were too dirty to use for my furniture. I returned earlier than I wanted because I was worried that the location would no longer be staffed and that the app would not work again and I would be stuck. When I arrived, I explained my issues to the woman who took the key and she said she would have "him" check it in when he was no longer busy. The next day I receive a paid invoice that says I was charged for not returning 6 blankets (for a total cost of $60). I call immediately and explain to the man who rented me the van what he had donw (given me dirty, used blankets and not enough of them) and he told me that he would have "someone call me" That was 4 days ago and no call and no credit to my card. I still expect a credit for this blatant overcharge and I would appreciate a call back from either this specific location or someone from uhaul corporate in regards to this issue.

The customer service is horrible at both the Summerdale and the place I picked it up from. There was no one at the pick up point. It took so long to get to the pick-up, after driving almost three hours to get to the first U-haul only to find out I had to drive even further. Then not having someone there didn’t help. They didn’t even know I picked up the truck.

Entire process was easy from mobile dispatch to the return. Was in and out in about 10 mins, even though the location was closed. Grateful there was a van available during this busy weekend. The truck I rented was very dirty inside where I was sitting, the floors the center console. and the back was now swept, there was dirt on the floor.

The truck was not really clean. The cargo area needed to be swept out. The cabin floor was very dirty and littered. I found plastic bags and an empty soda bottle.

I set it up through my phone and when I got to the location It made me add 3 different alternative contacts, then they asked for 3 different ones. And I had to pretty much restart my entire reservation over again and since it took them over an hour I lost that time that I could of been getting stuff done. It wasn’t the person I was speaking to at the location but the customer service through U-Haul.com

Not knowing about all the other fees as well as not having a lower price per mile after hitting a certain amount of miles did not help. Also not having a number or person to talk to didnt help either.

U-Haul has shut down their human customer service and ignores customers because of virus fears but keeps charging for full service. The pickup location was closed and the app that is supposed to replace U-Haul employees is pretty worthless. There are other truck rental companies and I will use one of them next time I need to move something.
