And everytime has been a last minute reservation and they went out of their way to make sure I got the truck size I needed on time for my rental. Communication and flexibility on pick-up time are also awesome...not to mention convenient location to save on rental mileage. Will definitely use them whenever the need arises!

Bob WI was overcharged, billed 352.00, this is correct, BUT there is another pending charge for 187 and some change. Now my account in negative with the 187 still pending. I need to get this resolved.

Julie FYou had 2 trucks. I dont understand why I had to spend 25 min trying to find the truck that I had reserved. It was not at the location that it was supposed to be located. If I would not have had problems with the connection with uhaul I would not have been walking around your lot which resulted in me seeing the truck down the road.

Judy DYour scheduling sucks!! I received a confirmation for a pick-up in Lima, Ohio at 4:30 PM, however this branch notified me at 3:00 PM stating they do NOT have the trailer I reserved. They stated no trailers available in a 80 mile radius. I was transferred to the customer service representative who was very snotty & rude. I did not screw this up, your company did! I’ve used U-haul on other occasions in the past, however this will likely by my last rental from your company.

Nate GThe truck was a little dirty, it had wrappers stuck places. I did get a bit impatient waiting for them to figure out my rental when I arrived. The employees were very friendly. Overall I had an okay experience with this location. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the charges. I came up with about a $10 difference. I’m not going to lie, I really don’t like the $.99 a mile. Plus all the other charges like environmental and such. I understand these charges exist for a reason. But with me I already had to drive from van wert to fort Jennings to get it. Then drive it to Grover hill Ohio then to van wert Ohio and then back to fort Jennings. So the $.99 per mile kind of sucks in this case.
