Jason McdanielEverything was okay. The actual Uhaul attendance person wasn't there. I spoke very briefly to a store clerk at the gas station there that showed me where the key lock box was located. But she was friendly.

We booked and extra day to be sure we could make our scheduled return, it was easily refunded when we returned early. This location does a great job of making sure we had the trailer hooked up correctly and that the equipment is properly maintained. This was the best rental experience we have had so far,
ARTHUR FERRISMake sure that your vehicles steering alignment is correct, the oil is changed, and to inform your customers that it costs an additional $20 to drop off a vehicle around 9PM. I most likely will not use UHaul again due to the lack of communication and poor maintenance of their vehicles.

Douglas ColemanIt would be helpful if the location was open on Sundays when I returned the trailer Saturday night. I was charged for an extra day and had to call the UHaul customer service number to get it refunded. The customer service agent was very helpful and took care of me.

James WheelerI was told additional miles would be charged at 79 cents per mile. I was actually charged $1 per mile on the final bill. The main office in Springfield was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend adding this office as a separate portion for comment in your survey. They were the best! As an overall experience I would highly recommend U-Haul.
