Dorel BuligaThat truck needs to be removed from your fleet horn doesn’t work, has a terrible pull makes difficult to steer, has a fowl smell in the cab, seats are torn, seat belts do not properly work, braking system is a concern. This is a literal accident waiting to happen!!!!!!!!

evelyn rhodesThe only space I could fit my 26 footer was the handicap spot. I was able to back it in between the two trucks opposite with a few inches to spare on either side but the truck would have been blocking the gate. Unfortunately people who dropped off before me do not have the same confidence or give a damn to properly park a truck, hence the reason I had to use the handicap spot. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused but it was the only safe parking spot available. I can provide pictures as well for proof. Thank you.
Joshua Samudio-hillisHad the worst experience picking up a cargo van at this location after booking a reservation by phone with an U-Haul agent, thought I’d get things handled by speaking with Brianna Cook a reservation manager but unfortunately Brianna felt the need to argue back and forth with me about u hauls “$50 guarantee”. She kept telling me that I wasn’t eligible and “I found that information online” as if the information I found online wasn’t from U-Haul.com. Briana continued to over talk me to the point that I told her “I can’t believe I had to argue with phone reps but now it’ sounds like I’m arguing with someone who claims to be a manager, I’ll handle this later cause at this point I’m 30min behind schedule because you all did not have the reservation ready” and I hung up.

Leanor HernandezDesk attendant advised no equipment was available when I went to the office. Went out to the parking lot and rented the truck I needed online in the same location. Over charged for fuel. Tank was 3/4 when picked up. Sent a photo of the mileage and fuel level at pick up but have received no response or credit.

A women came out te back door and hollere at us to move the truck, of course I had just dropped the key in the after hours box, then she saysshe dont have the key and is going to call a tow truck on us. There. was no signage and nowhere for me to park a 20' truck! Why was the front desk person there with no key to open the night drop box?

Monica JohnsonI was charged for gas only went 10 miles. I put $10 in the gas tank to bring it back to exactly where it was and was still charged $16 for gas. Not to mention the truck was filthy

marguerite smithRude Costume Service. employees that don't know how to read a fuel gauge! I was overcharged 30+ dollars for fuel even though i bought it back with the same amount yet the lady argued with me even while showing her pictures of fuel gauge before and after. Both ladies i dealt with there both had attitudes and was rude. when i needed another truck a week later i just went to Budget and recieved twice the customer service for have the price . i advise you not to go here or at least this location

DWAYNE VENCILI rented a Uhaul for ! day and told the attendant i would only need it for three hours and I ended up having it 4 and half hours, so i get charged another full day, i never got a paper contract at all, does it say in your paper contract a"DAY' is when you tell them it will be returned, nobody can account for traffic, hurt back, weather, etc., I should of been told if i'm late for the time I estimated return than im going to get charged a whole other day!, i would of told her i needed it for a whole day then!! I'm not happy at all with the way this turned out. i wake up to a 121.00 charge on my card

Benjamin EdwardsThe 26’ truck we rented was in need of a lot of repairs. Maybe even taken off the road completely or sold off. Let’s start with the exhaust manifold leak that was coming in the cab. The noise from this was also very loud. A rear tire was unbalanced to where you couldn’t run between 35-55 mph. The passenger headlight would come on and off with every bump in the road. There was no power steering due to the reservoir being empty. Our travels for the day were only 69 miles in which took 11 gallons of gas. Probably due to the exhaust leak. I’m not sure why I couldn’t have had the other 26’ truck since I was the first one there, but was told it was reserved for someone else.
Rick JonesDid not receive blankets as purchased online. Had to ask gentleman there to assist with the extra lift to place in truck. I thought he did however discover he hadn't as my packers did loading later that day. Used my own personal blanket to pack fragile furniture.
