Good location close to the parkway. Truck was in really good shape and ready when I got there.

Emran El DaourFast, friendly service. Not cheap by any means ($1 a mile plus gas plus truck rental fee). Cost about $168 for a 70 mile round trip, including $15 for optional "damage" insurance. Full disclosure: I haven't rented a moving truck for over 10 years so I don't have anything recent to compare it to. Just seemed a little much for a 15 ft. truck.

Gary ScalesPlease be more diligent with inputting the correct mileage because if it’s wrong then your customers will be charged for miles they did not drive. Thankfully i took pictures of my start and end mileage as proof or else i would’ve been robbed for $120 that they overcharged me. Frustrating. I thought going in the store would be easier than the self service on the app but next time i will only be using the online service so that i don’t run into this issue. Staff was friendly overall. Also, the pricing here is $0.99 per mile and other locations are cheaper so i would not recommend.
Sarah ToomeyThe brakes needs to be looked at they made a awfull grinding noise , a red light was broken on top of truck , there were a few water bottles half filled in door compartment, and we only used truck for 2 12 hours and put total of 16 miles on it they charged us for 25 miles 😡 pick up was at 10:21 dropped off at 12:30 on receipt said drop off was 4:15. Don’t understand Why information was totally wrong on mileage and total time of use of truck .also when we pick up truck they marked truck was half tank and broken light was not documented, Truck had full tank according to gas gauge, We did fill total of 4.788 gallons to rerturn it to full tank. Was very disappointed

Mary-Elizabeth BrownI would recommend for information to be transferred to the online in time as I tried to check in from my phone and could not. I had to call the u-haul number for assistance. And to place keys in the lock box as they were not and I had to wait for someone to come open the store for me to receive. Also to wipe down the inside the steering wheel was dirty and sticky the door handle and turn signals as well.
Latisha McDonaldYou can read my Google review for the full story, but abridged version is that when i returned the guy working did a walkaround WITHOUT ME and then came back claiming damages were done and that i HAD to be responsible "since I didn't purchase their insurance," and also refused to provide an invoice or receipt and check the vehicle in. Very degrading and insulting, repeatedly sneering and demanding i "be honest," as if he had proof that i did the damage he claims and which he probably did himself to scam me out of money. talking about how well I didn't have pictures, I didn't bring my checkout papers with me when i brought the vehicle back in, thus supposedly that guaranteed that I'm at fault. yet silent when i pointed out he didn't have photos or records either, despite telling me at checkout that they were aware of pre-existing damage that i wasn't responsible for. Uhaul should cease licensing their business to such an unscrupulous service station.
JASON BEEDEI had to wait an extra hour to get my truck despite having a reservation. Otherwise it was a good experience, the staff was friendly and professional.

Olivia KisselThe employees at Tyke’s are excellent to deal with , from making your reservation to picking up your rental. When you return your rental, the employees are as friendly as when you picked up your rental. I will deal with Tyke’s whenever I need a U-Haul.
ROBERT MELLNERI have rented from Uhaul many times, the truck I received was awful, the worst I have ever received. The truck had A LOT of damage, didn't idle well, the pad lock didn't work and the truck was not clean on the outside. The biggest issue was that it was raining and the truck's cargo box leaked badly, causing my things to get wet.
