deborah sWhen they hooked the trailer up- it had froze. They jarred it loose. However I should have seen how heavy the hitch was because I couldn’t lift it when I returned. It also had froze in place. I’m 5’7” 120# and 59 yrs old. I’d recommend that before the customer leaves- they should be asked to lift it. It took 30 minutes for me to get it I got unhitched. I had to use a tie down and wrap it over my back and lift with my back.

Diana MLocated in an auto dealership completely hidden, no sign, no way to know its there, no nothing. Cust service only gives you the address, doesnt tell you anything. Originally wanted to drop off at a different location, not told until next day there was no more dropping off there.
James BGot passed by other U-hauls on the highway. It took me 14 hours to go what should've taken me 12-13 cause of the ridiculous governor that stifles gas milage when its $5 a gallon, your hurting your clientele. People that rent U-hauls don't have extra money, or we'd hire a moving company!

Lorena BSince I was doing this rental on my phone, Iverson's said they had never had someone do that and said I still had to do things for return. I had already submitted pictures and anything else the online had asked for. IF there is an online option, then I feel that Iverson's should be aware of it more and know what is happening with it. Athanks
Tabitha SI drove by and saw a 5x8 then went online to reserve. Turns out the trailer was broken and still waiting for repair. UHaul said drive 90 miles to get one. Why? Why didn't UHaul deliver the trailer to my location and have it ready for me? Poor customer service.
