Make sure there is windshield washing fluid especially at this time of year (winter) it was very difficult to see out of a flirty windshield and to difficult for me to clean it manually.

I need to contact customer service for this rental because I know I received a discount for returning the truck to a different location which was an hour away from my final destination, however the charges on my card do not seems to reflect this,
John NeddoffThe truck I got was dirty and had a smell off pee. The key had issues you had to turn it on and off a bunch of times before it was able to turn on. The gas gauge was also having issues. After I filled up the tank and was in transit to drop off the gage started going back down so I had to go back to the gas station and put more gas.

jose maldonadoyou have to be able to extend the rental, the customer has no control over, If one canot get a replacement truck in 2 hours, to any location you should be replaced you dont know your job. The distric manager should know where to pull resources from. This is a disgrace one have to unload a 26 footer without reaching final destination because the truck is due, NO EXTENSION ALLOW. Iam done renting from UHAUL

Richard GoreThe poor young man working behind the counter is also sending out money orders and handling returns and doing many other things for the grocery store customers, which meant we didn't actually get into the U-Haul truck we rented until a half an hour after our reservation time (we had arrived early, figuring we would wait). It would have been nice to have that time credited to us on the back end. That young man was doing an excellent job though, he was polite and quick.

MICHAELERIC HOPKINSThis unit was rented by an individual who was going to move our property. He then dropped it off and left it at our country home and left. So then I was left with a truck with 2 bald tires (I have pictures) was threatened that it would be reported stolen even though it was returned to the closest U-Haul center. This was not U-Haul fault with exception to the extremely dangerous BALD tires.

I spent an hour trying to get it to work I ended having to leave the truck and do it from home to get past Step 1 As a result of this I wasn’t able to take any photos of the truck and had to submit black screen photos just to return the truck
