Roger LThe uhaul had less than 1/2 a tank of gas, it was missing 1/8 of gas yet the owner told me I had to return it with 1/2 a tank of gas, which I feel was unfair. The interior was dusty the windows dirty I wiped down everything I thought I might touch with Clorox wipes not knowing if the previous renter had covid. The store itself, the workers did not use masks, which is unsafe for everyone.

Perry MHaving booked for pick up in High Level it was inconvenient to have to make an hour and a half round trip to a more remote location for pick up of the trailer. The gentleman at the location was very helpful and friendly.

Gord BCustomer service was great and trailer was fantastic . It was my first time hauling a trailer and the Rep hooked it up and explained in detail everything to me. Was more roomy than I anticipated, however the trailer was extremely dirty and I had to wash it to use it. I did not like that at all. Please clean them next time. Aside that it was great feeling with this shop. Thank you Ray and Darwin

Isaac DIt took about an hour to get the truck, as the employee (who was very nice) did not know how to use the system. Also, I had originally booked a 26' truck to be picked up in High Level, but received a call from UHaul 3 hours into my 9 hour drive saying that the truck was not available and that I could go to Fort Vermillion to pick up a 20' truck instead. I can't understand how a business operates like this, calling the day of the pickup. Thanks U-Haul......
