RODNEY D.I had to drive a half hour both ways to pick up this truck, rather than it being available in my town where it was supposed to be. I lost valuable moving time due to this, and it cost me gas! I don't understand the "reservation" system not being a confirmation that a truck will be available at the place it is supposed to be. Other than that, I was happy to have the truck.

ALLEN D.The lady from the Davenport Iowa area code. On friday called after I'd made a reservation in your app and on the phone to Huffman Farm and Home. The Farm and Home people are amazing. But the lady from the Davenport area. Needs to learn better people skills as well as how your Uhaul business works. Because if you rent a Uhaul for two days. And she tells me that I have to return it each day after 8 hours of use. Then if this is true. I will never rent a Uhaul ever again. Or what is the reason renting it for two days.

mark T.I feel like having it for less than 8 hours shouldn't cost you the same as 24 hours. Next time I will rent elsewhere. I had it returned by 330pm and didn't get it until 830am. 7 hours and they still charged me $16 for over mileage. 🤦â€â™€ï¸🤦â€â™€ï¸🤦â€â™€ï¸

darrell N.While renting the uhaul we had trouble with the truck so uhaul made us park until roadside came which was hours later in the middle of the night. Had to rent it another day, that day we had a snow storm so had to rent yet another day. Then the uhaul wouldn't start and they charged another day even though roadside had to tow the truck away. Very poor customer service during our move and everyone pointed fingers at the other about who's responsible for comping us for the extra couple of days we had to pay. Will never use uhaul again, ever!

RANDY C.The location I rented from was fantastic they went out of their way to make things right. UHAUL on the other hand was terrible. Booked online in one town reservation for moved to another. Got to that town they didn't have the equipment I reserved. Sent back to my original location I wanted and only had a 15 ft truck. I figured would just make extra trips. Didn't even get parked and the check engine light came on. Talked with a district supervisor. He assured me it was nothing to worry about. That being said Huffman's did a FANTASTIC JOB handling our issues. Definitely am glad this will be the last move for us as I would most definitely look at other options besides UHAUL. You should not be able to book something if it won't be available terrible business practice. Once again THANK YOU to Huffman's for making things get back on track

John B.I was dropping my trailer off in Decatur Alabama and they told me I would get charged $120.00 for a wrong destination fee. I had to go another 20 minutes away and take it to Madison. I don't know where the lady that i rented it from came up with madison, but it was very frustrated and put us an hour behind schedule for a 10 hour drive home.
