Thomas MalboeufUnfortunately, the reservation was improperly inputted as a Sunday pickup on 6 August. The actual pickup date was 5 August, a Saturday. The dealer isn't even open on Sunday. Fortunately, I stopped in the day before and corrected the mistake. There was a convoluted process for returning the item on Monday since the dealer was unavailable after 1PM on Saturday. I was told to call the toll free number to avoid being charged an additional day rental. U-Haul should be able to remedy this circumstance as it most-likely occurs frequently. The customer shouldn't have to jump through hoops in order to avoid paying for a day they are not using the equipment just because it is a weekend day rental. Other than that, the dealer was fantastic to work with. I would definitely patronize them again. Thank you.

DANNY MAHONCustomer Service rep was not friendly. I rented a trailer for 24 hours online and was going to be charged $20 for returning it after 5:00 pm. My rental was from 7:00am to 7:00pm Know where is this explained or posted until you get to the location. Now I have to rent a trailer again. They make a big deal about signing off on accepting the condition but yet don’t inspect it upon returning it. I will never rent from this location again !

PAUL MORINThere is little to no parking to leave your car when you use the van. So I'd suggest a small parking area for U-Haul customers.

Jamie SilvaAbsolutely would recommend them. I had an issue with the Brooklyn, CT U-Haul dealer- wouldn't honor my reservation for a trailer because I had a Ford Explorer. CDLS came through for us last minute and we're so, so grateful. Will go there from now on!!!! Brooklyn should not represent U-Haul!!

Robert Laurendeaui paid double because i got inaccurate information about one way vs round trip rentals!. plus i was charged $20 because i came back the next day while i had assumed it was a 24 hour rental! and finally i was given a truck with half a tank. i returned it with 3/4 of a tank. the only just way to handle this business is to deliver a vehicle to the customer fully gassed and it is then easily returne in that way
