I always rent U-Haul for the last 20 something years and I really enjoyed experience to drop off point was on time it was only one person working but overall it wasn't it only took 30 minutes to return the truck and I'm appreciate y'all business I was very pleased

Surraiyh RHad a few issues and the people from the store threatened to call the cops on me even when I was communicating with them. I was on an out of town project and was forced to leave earlier to avoid having authorities looking for me and the uhual. Terrible service because once the balance is paid I will have made often in full but the damage has already been done for this location. I hate how I was treated and perceived.
Marquel CEquipment needs Maintainance. There were 2 lights on for Maintainance checks. Brought to the attention of the clerk, and was told that the problem was fixed, but the sensor needed replacing. I felt unsafe the entire time I was driving

Roland AI originally booked a different location and when I got to that location the key was not in the box. This caused for my move to be interrupted and I had to call to get another location. I have booked with uhaul before and this was the first time this has happened. I am not sure if I will use uhaul after this experience.
