Employee told me he would wait to check the trailer in after the issue was resolved. Checked it in right after I left the business. Terrible experience all around on both ends.
Dustin GTruck had ants in it. Had to stop on the road and get spray to clean them out. I have already filed a complaint over the phone not typing it out here again.

Amanda SThe first attendant female, looked puzzled when i asked for help unloading the vehicle from the trailer. She sent a mat out for me to do it myself, went back in and didnt come back out. A male not in uniform came out. He was on the phone handling something and stayed on the phone until he was done. He stated they dont assist with unloading. I removed the chains on my own. He started attempting to help me with tire straps but he didnt know how. I showed him and unloaded the vehicle from the trailer. He removed the trailer from my truck "which i already knew how but he offered so i took the help". So if your a single female go to another location. Males that already have knowledge on the equipment this is for you. This was all after a two hour drive.

benjiman sThe man who answered the phone was nice and professional but his wife was rude and made my experience miserable. She acted so nasty when I asked her to please check me in because there was an error with the mobile app. She made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience. Then she called back to back and demanded the truck back during my move even tho I paid. NEVER AGIAN!
