Terrell JI’ve rented many trucks over the years, and this was best experience I’ve ever had. The site manager, Clayton, is a very professional gentleman and an absolute pleasure to deal with. When it looked as though the previous customer may not return the truck I had reserved on time, Clayton contacted me promptly about the issue, kept me informed with updates, and made extra accommodations to ensure my move could proceed as planned. The truck I rented also was in excellent condition. My expectations definitely were exceeded. Whenever I need to rent another truck in Valdosta, I will only do business with Clayton.

mark wExcellent customer service. He explained everything and offered options. Truck was in good condition. They had a dolly and blankets available, unlike another place that I called. I would have liked a paper copy of the contract, rather than just electronic.

Jessica BAfter hour drop off was sketchy. worried about leaving tow dolly as there was no way to secure it totally. I faced the hitch toward the building and pushed it as close as possible but no room to position the truck to block it in. Not sure of a solution though.
Burton SDrove around 5 or 6 miles out of Valdosta and rear passenger side tire from the car transporter blow up in pieces, check the other tires and I found a big bubble at the driver side front tire. Called the Office several times and nobody answers, I guess was closed...that was around 12:30 pm, called the Uhaul road side assistant they answered, file a claim for 2 tires to be replaced...they told me 90 minutes wait time......I WAITED 3HRS! Don't get me wrong...the service provider gentlemen was amazing...but the equipment check should be better. A trip of 4 1/2 hrs back home turns to 8hrs plus...not fun. I still get charged full price...
