The trailer I rented was in great condition along with the safety equipment that made the towing so much easier. The Trailer has plenty of anchors to attached rachet straps to strap down the furniture I had to haul and the ramp on the back made it so much easier to load and unload. If and when I need another trailer this is the one I'll rent.

Greg MEvery went well except the mileage and extension was supposed to be paid from our Discover and the attempted to charge our Capital One. But that is being handled. We still should have $745 coming as refund from U-Haul. We want no credit for a new rental as we don’t plan to rent from UHaul if possible.

Sheree MThis survey does not capture the full experience I had. I reserved a truck and was told I would not be able to receive the truck that day. I called the regional office and a lady named Tammy answered. She was very short, very rude, eventually hung up on me and canceled my reservation. I then called several locations and was able to find my own truck 2 hours away from my home. I expected to have a truck did not end up with the truck and had to use 4 hours of my day to get a truck. Very unhappy.
