Fuel was not full when I received it. I took pictures as no rep was there. I have made calls to resolve to no avail. I need to dispute with Amex if this is not resolved immediately

George WTracy at Hide Away Storage was very friendly and helpful. This location was the closest to me. The van was ready and waiting when I got there as I made a reservation in advance. However, the van was not in good working order and when I drove a few miles down the road the tire pressure light came on and the drivers side back tire only had 18 psi. The other 3 tires were also low or not at the correct pressure. So I called Tracy and she was willing to take the van back at no charge, however, this location did not have any further trucks or vans to rent. I was on a tight time schedule and had to move my father that day. I had to stop at gas stations and pump up the tire on multiple occasions throughout the time I had the van. Costing me money and time. Water was leaking inside the truck by the console and not sure what it was or why that was happening so the floor was wet. The passengers window control was broken. The overall maintenance of the van was not taken care of. Very disappointing and I hope this van gets fixed properly so the next customer does not experience the same thing I did.

STEPHEN WReserved local van for $19.95 and .69 cpm and had it confirmed by U-Haul. When I showed up no van available. All that was available was a van for $29.95 and .99 cpm. I think it sounds like a bait and switch by U-Haul. you had my reservation for over a week and confirmed everything yet you didn't have what I ordered like you said you would. You only had a more expensive option. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone at this point. If you didn't have the one I ordered and have to substitute another vehicle it shouldn't cost me more than the reservation you confirmed. Very poor business practice and next time I'll look elsewhere unless you find a way to make it right.

David ROverall a good experience. My only feedback is that the U-Haul app kept freezing and I couldn't use it. I actually had to go into the website itself and do the mobile check-in and drop-off. I couldn't use the app.
