Gas was on the little line before full but we were charged for not putting gas in but we literally filled it back up before dropping it back off. Take pics of odometer and gas hand before and after

Dale MI was originally supposed to drop the trailer at the Edgefield, SC location. I called the numbers as instructed twice and was told the owner would call me back. They never contacted me to arrange drop-off, nor have the contacted me since, now more than 24 hours after my initial call. I took the trailer to the Trenton, SC location, which was the next closest location to the site of original drop-off.
Raymond NNobody answered the phone or called back. I just dropped the truck off and dropped the key.
Marcus SWe just dropped it off as the lady was in a meeting and we called to see what we had to do.
Barbara LTrailer/wheels and hitch were quite rusted. It’s a bit difficult to navigate the grassy/uneven loading/parking area. BUT- the customer service was great and it was extremely convenient for us. We were pleased there was availability. WE WOULD RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!

There was a note on the lock stating there would be a charge of $10 if not returned to the porch.. This is not acceptable. It is sucker change. this $10 dollars better not show up on my credit card

Wright CHad issues completing the online return due to poor cell phone reception in the area. Recommend that they add a Wi-Fi connection just in case cell phone reception is poor since the process can not continue without the pic uploads which kept failing on my phone.

Dean CAccording to what I was told having a full tank of gas and me using the truck and putting 58 miles on it and refueling, it took 19 gallons. That's 3mpg@ , that's bullshit!!! I paid 49dollars to go 58 miles? Ridiculous.
