I appreciate that the original rental rate included 2 days of use but when the return day is due on a holiday in this case thanksgiving, and you charge me for an extra day, even though the location is closed and nobody's going to be renting a U-Haul trailer on Thanksgiving, and because I shouldn't have to get out of my pajamas to return the damn U-Haul on a holiday, I'll go out of my way next time to find another vendor.
Keith SciaccaAll lights were off except at front desk. It was so strong smoke in the building, from him smoking meat or fish that it burned my eyes. The guy gave me nothing in paperwork. And then I got an extra charge on my credit card for $291.50. I have no idea why. I only drove where I said and I told them I was going to return it on the day I returned it, at the time I was supposed to pick it up.

Todd RoddieThere is a uhaul location a mile from our house, yet we had to drive 20 miles to pick it up. So it cost $20 just to pick it up and return to the house where we were moving from and another $15 when we drove to return it. When I reserved the truck I reserved it from oscoda, not Harrisville. I don't mind picking it up at another location but $35 plus the gas just to pick it up and return it was ridiculous. When this happens, charges shouldn't start until we got back to oscoda as the move was local. This made our move more expensive than planned.

John KeaneNot only was the pickup location slow, the website is terrible. We reserved a truck and transport through the website then 2 days before pickup date a rep calls from u-haul saying we have to drive 45mins south to get the equipment because the location we requested does not have the equipment. Drove to the location we requested less than a mile from the house and there was the equipment we requested. Talked to them and they said it was available. U-haul website said it was not available and still have to drive 45 mins south. The Rep at the original location next to the house was able to change our reservation back to the way we originally had it. There is a huge disconnect between the locations and the website. Then when we went to pick it up there were 2 reservations. Biggest pain in the but. Mainly the website.

Called my wife a bitch for her calling him out for his poor attitude. Lied saying he didnt charge our account 3 times untill he was shown the transaction email telling us to leave without the equipment we paid for. Was given no drop off instructions except a location and a date leading to being charged an additional day for equipment we turned in.
