I hate not having an actual person there to check you in. There was no clear signage for the office. Took us 15 minutes to have someone walk out from an LED store to tell us the lock was on the truck and not the lock box.
Kelly DI know it’s probably the way side businesses, who partner with U-Haul, make money but there should be a notice if you have to return your vehicle to the same location. It should be the first thing a customer can decide from or find an explanation that certain places are not in partnership with main U-Haul facilities. I also know there’s the one way and options, but the app is confusing and that should not be the way of defining how returning the vehicle will go. Thank you.

Gail HI forgot to let the owner know that when we picked the vehicle it has a service light on. It ran fine and we had no issues.
