Nothing , we had a great experience
Michelle CThe location was fine. It's the renting from Uhal that was totally frustrating. I rented my truck to be picked up at 8am. Truck was there, but Uhal never sent info on how to pick the truck up. Had to call 3 times and the representative said, we'll it's fine on our end, there's nothing more we can do. Then she just hung up the phone. We had to wait over an hour for the place to open, so we could do everything all over again with renting the truck. Did we get, a call, text or a reimburse discount, no. All I got was the worst headache having to deal with Uhal. We got nothing not even an apology. The man at the place was super nice.
