On the other end of the spectrum this place was awesome and if my reservation hadn't been changed to truck share, without my consent, I would be far more likely to consider renting a uhaul again.

No one was at facility. We had to wait, then call number on chalkboard. When he arrived, he was rude and told us to just leave the vehicle. I asked for proof that we were dropping off truck 1 day early. He said, we would get something by email after we left. I called U-Haul customer service and explained that I wasn’t leaving until I received notice that we had returned the truck. Rep was very helpful. She sent me what I needed. I would not recommend Sunny Day Rental to anyone.

Nobody onsite during normal hours to assist in return. Spotty cell coverage made the return challenging for submittal remotely.

Arrived at the set time at 8 AM (called the day before), waited 30 minutes for the owner to arrive because the person inside I assume was asleep (called the office four times while waiting), was first in line, another customer was checked out first after this wait, took an hour to get onto the road.

WHEN I GOT THERE NO ONE WAS IN OFFICE-PHONE NUMBERS LEFT ON CHALK BOARD WERE NOT VALID -GUYS CAME UP SHORTLY IN CART -NO REAL PROBLEM BUT WAS CONCERNED FOR 5 MINUTES

Truck we rented was making loud squeeling noises from under the hood for a good portion of the trip and the driver side headlight was burned out. It's almost like the truck wasn't inspected prior to being given to us.

Thia location I thought was gonna be a food experience. They called me after I dropped off the truck to ask what time I dropped it off. I told them, next I get an email for collections!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!! You can bet your sweet ass I will never recommend your place to anyone. If you can call me for a drop off time you can pick up the phone and speak with me that I may owe more rather than be a cowardly bitch and send a collection notice!!!! I am soooo over people who hide behind paper than be a real human and just make the call!!!! This is what really pisses people off!!!!
